On – Job – Training
The On-the-Job Training is a tailored program, therefore we taking into account the specific industry standards and employ qualified subject matter experts to address the critical issues and challenges that the organization, its management and employees are facing.
Task List Book is an aid to Company staff in assessing an employee’s capability in fulfilling the requirements of his job and is to be undertaken by the employee once he has completed the Common and Specific Courses in the Training Centre.
The OJT Task Book covers both Operator/Technician and Senior Operator/Technician levels and each task has a Competency Target Rating that the employee must meet as a minimum to become qualified as an Operator/Technician or Senior Operator/Technician.
The On-the-Job Training Program is designed to allow the Trainees to obtain Hands-On Skills and ensure that they are developed as Competent Operators and Technicians and Senior Operators and Senior Technicians in their Respective Disciplines.
