Long Term Programs (Nationalization Programs): Designed based on the Competencies and Skills requirement as set by the client for their new and existing staff. Training Programs are tailored to accommodate all levels at different competences & disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Process, etc.). The aim of this programs is to have qualified staff, well trained and competent to run the company’s operations including its production facilities efficiently to accommodate manpower shortage or replace retired staff. Programs include HSE, Introduction to the Oil & Gas Industry, main discipline courses, Operational and Maintenance Training Programs, Workshop Training and On–the–Job Training (OJT).
